Confidential brief
Drawings, budgets and client information are shared only with the parties required for the agreed evaluation or delivery.
For Asian exhibition agencies
BuildAcross helps exhibition agencies deliver client-approved stand designs in Europe without surrendering the client relationship or coordinating a fragmented supplier chain alone.
Operating model
A successful international project needs more than a builder introduction. It needs a clear boundary between the agency, the local production partner and the end client. Before supplier outreach, BuildAcross records who can contact whom, which brand appears in communication and where approvals sit.
The working model is project-specific. Your agency can remain the only commercial contact for the end client, while BuildAcross coordinates technical questions and local execution in the background. No local partner receives a brief until the scope and communication route are understood.
Drawings, budgets and client information are shared only with the parties required for the agreed evaluation or delivery.
End-client access, branding and approval responsibilities are agreed before production begins.
The quote shows who owns production, graphics, logistics, venue services, installation and subcontracted work.
Project route
First, the brief is checked for practical gaps: venue, build dates, stand size, technical drawings, required finishes, service orders, budget range and quotation deadline. Missing information is surfaced before it becomes an assumption inside a supplier price.
Next, the project is mapped to a suitable local route. Capability, geography, dates, production model and subcontracting are considered together. Quotations are then normalized so excluded services, allowances, overtime and logistics can be seen before a decision is made.
Identify missing inputs, venue constraints and design decisions that affect production.
Assess a delivery route against location, dates, systems, workshop capability and references.
Align cost lines and exclusions so proposals can be evaluated on the same scope.
Track approvals, production evidence, installation responsibilities and final visual confirmation.
Better brief
A final production package is helpful but not required for the first conversation. A render or concept drawing can be enough to identify the likely route, provided the venue, dates and intended scope are known.
Renders, floor plan, elevations, material intent and any technical drawings already available.
Exhibition, city, hall, stand number, installation and dismantling dates.
What should be produced, rented, ordered from the venue, transported, installed and stored.
Budget range, quotation currency, deadline and any fixed procurement requirements.
