A final technical package is not required. A render or concept drawing can be sufficient when the exhibition, city, venue, dates, intended scope and quotation deadline are known.

Describe the capability your team genuinely owns.
Include the legal company name, home base, regular service area, production model, systems, team scale and relevant references. Separate in-house work from subcontracted services.
Submitting a profile does not create a public listing, verified status or project guarantee. Additional evidence is requested only when relevant to the review or an actual project route.
Confidentiality
Share only information you are authorized to provide.
Uploaded files are stored outside the public site and reviewed within the operations workflow. Do not include confidential client material unless your agency is authorized to share it.
Before paid work begins, the contracting parties, registered details, scope, fees, payment milestones, warranties, confidentiality and deletion route must be stated in the written engagement.

Do I need an account to contact BuildAcross?
No. The public project and partner forms do not require an account. Private project-room access is created only for an agreed project.
Can I contact BuildAcross by email?
Yes. Send general enquiries or follow-up that includes your BuildAcross submission reference to hello@buildacrosseurope.com. Use the secure form for a new brief with confidential files.
Can I send a cloud link instead of files?
Yes. A secure Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link can be included when attaching files is not appropriate.
Is submission a contract?
No. It is a request for review. No project responsibility or commercial engagement begins until scope and contracting terms are agreed in writing.
How do I request deletion?
Quote the BuildAcross submission reference through the same contact route used for the conversation and request deletion.
