BUILD/ACROSS

European exhibition stand production

From an approved design to a stand ready for opening day.

BuildAcross organizes the European production and on-site delivery layer for exhibition agencies, with project-specific scope and responsibility visible before build-up begins.

Before pricing

Feasibility comes before a supplier number.

European venues, labor rules, fire requirements, access windows and service-order deadlines differ. A design that looks complete may still leave important production decisions open. BuildAcross first separates confirmed requirements from assumptions so quotations describe the same project.

The review can flag unsupported spans, finish details, graphics specifications, power and rigging needs, logistics constraints, build timing and information that a venue or organizer must approve.

Delivery scope

Every local workstream, with ownership made visible.

A single delivery may combine several specialist companies. The important question is not whether subcontractors exist, but whether their work, margin, timing and responsibility are visible. Each quote should state what is in-house, what is subcontracted and what the agency or exhibitor must order separately.

01

Structure and finishes

Custom construction, system build, raised flooring, surfaces, counters, storage and special features.

02

Graphics and media

Print files, production method, color expectations, installation, screens, audio and lighting.

03

Logistics and venue

Transport, handling, storage, parking, freight access, electricity, rigging, water and internet.

04

Site operations

Crew, supervision, installation window, overtime rules, snagging, handover and dismantling.

Quality control

A documented route from drawing to handover.

The control plan should match the risk of the project. Typical checkpoints include technical drawing approval, material and color confirmation, graphics proofing, workshop evidence, packing and dispatch confirmation, site progress and final visual handover.

A checkpoint is useful only when the decision owner and deadline are clear. BuildAcross keeps technical questions, approvals and exceptions in one project route so late changes do not disappear inside informal messages.

01

Technical release

Confirm dimensions, materials, load-bearing details and venue-dependent services.

02

Production evidence

Use appropriate photos, proofs or pre-build checks before dispatch.

03

Opening-day handover

Record outstanding items, ownership and final visual confirmation before the stand is accepted.

Frequently asked questions

European production questions

Do you build every stand yourselves?

BuildAcross organizes and controls the delivery route. The selected production partner and any subcontracted work are identified for each project.

Can the service include venue orders?

Yes, when agreed. The quote should show which organizer or venue services are included, estimated or ordered directly by the agency or exhibitor.

Can you handle installation and dismantling only?

Potentially. Availability, design responsibility, packing quality, venue rules and handover condition must be assessed before confirming a partial scope.

Which European countries are covered?

Coverage is confirmed project by project based on location, dates and a qualified delivery route. BuildAcross does not claim automatic coverage in every country.

Need a European production route for an existing design?

Share the venue, dates and available drawings. We will map the required scope before asking a local partner to price it.
