BuildAcross exists to make cross-border exhibition delivery easier to compare, easier to control and safer for the agency relationship.
Why it exists
A supplier introduction is not the same as controlled delivery.
An approved design still has to survive local venue rules, technical decisions, production capacity, logistics, installation and opening-day pressure. BuildAcross was designed around this execution gap rather than around a public directory of supplier profiles.
The working unit is one real project. The brief is checked, the local route is qualified for the actual city and dates, quotes are normalized, and delivery checkpoints are recorded before responsibility is assumed.
Agency-first boundaries
Client access, branding, confidentiality and approval authority are agreed before local outreach.
Visible responsibility
Production, rented items, venue services, logistics, installation and subcontracted work are separated.
Operating boundary
BuildAcross is not presented as the factory that builds every stand.
The selected European production company remains the identified delivery party for its agreed scope. BuildAcross structures qualification, comparison, project controls and handover around that route. The contracting structure, warranties, payment milestones and management fee are stated before production release.
No partner is described as verified merely because it submitted a profile. Verification status always refers to a defined scope, evidence set and review date.
Evidence policy
Claims grow from completed work, not from profile counts.
BuildAcross will publish project evidence only when the delivery has occurred and the relevant agency, client and production partner permissions are clear. Public records should identify the city, venue, dates, scope, control points and outcome without exposing confidential client information.
Until a claim can be supported, the site uses precise pilot-stage language. That includes country coverage, partner status, response times, savings and project volume.

Is BuildAcross an exhibition stand builder?
BuildAcross is a managed procurement and project-delivery network. The selected European production partner is identified per project; BuildAcross controls the route rather than claiming to manufacture every stand itself.
Is BuildAcross a supplier directory?
No. Partner profiles do not create paid public ranking. Matching is based on the actual city, dates, design, capacity, production model and evidence required for a project.
Does BuildAcross own the client relationship?
The agency retains its client relationship and creative authority. Any end-client contact is governed by the written project boundary agreed before supplier engagement.
Who is named publicly?
Partners and projects are named only after the relevant evidence and publication permission are confirmed. Pilot intent is not presented as a completed case study.
