Partner available
A qualified partner operates in the market. The specific project is still checked against dates, scope and commercial fit.
For European delivery partners
BuildAcross is developing a managed European delivery network for exhibition agencies worldwide. The goal is reliable, evidence-based project fit—not a pay-to-rank supplier directory or open marketplace.
Based in Ljubljana, Slovenia
OCTANORM Adria is the first European delivery partner profile in the BuildAcross qualification route. Its public material indicates modular exhibition systems, custom stand production, graphics, rental, installation and dismantling. The company profile, delivery model and date-specific capacity are being checked before any verified designation is used.
This profile records an active qualification process, not a verified-partner claim or a country-wide delivery guarantee. Every project requires a separate review of venue, scope, dates, capacity, technical fit and commercial terms.

BuildAcross separates a partner's regular service area from a live project's confirmed delivery route. A company may work in a country regularly and still be unavailable for a particular week, stand size, venue or technical package.
Public coverage therefore uses three states. The state can change as partners complete qualification, dates are checked and real delivery evidence is added.
A qualified partner operates in the market. The specific project is still checked against dates, scope and commercial fit.
A credible route may be possible, but capacity, logistics or technical fit must be confirmed before commitment.
No delivery route is represented as confirmed. The agency is told before any confidential brief is released.
What matters
International agencies need to know exactly what a local partner can own. Full-service stand builders, production workshops and specialist suppliers are useful for different briefs; the application must make that role explicit instead of presenting every capability as in-house.
The strongest partner is not necessarily the largest. A focused regional builder or manufacturer with honest limits and dependable communication can be a better fit than a broad supplier whose actual capacity is unclear.
Own the complete local package, from technical preparation and production to installation and handover.
Manufacture defined joinery, system, metalwork, graphics or finishing packages for a lead delivery partner.
Provide a clear discipline such as AV, lighting, rigging, furniture, graphics, logistics or venue services.
Support installation, dismantling or site supervision in a defined geography with named leadership.
Review route
The initial profile is reviewed for completeness and relevance to European exhibition delivery. Additional evidence or a capability conversation may be requested. Project opportunities are then considered only when geography, timing, scope and communication requirements fit.
Submit company, contact, service area, production model, scale and reference information.
Clarify in-house work, subcontractors, insurance, certifications and comparable completed scope.
Receive a brief only when the actual location, dates and capabilities appear aligned.
Delivery evidence, responsiveness and handover quality inform future matching.
Working standard
Fast replies are useful, but accurate replies are more valuable. Partners should identify missing information, state assumptions, separate included and excluded work, protect confidential information and respect the agency’s client relationship.
During delivery, technical changes, cost changes and schedule risks should be written down early. A clean handover includes completed work, known exceptions and clear ownership of any final correction.
Return an itemized price with assumptions, exclusions, allowances, tax, overtime and validity clearly identified.
Use project material only for the agreed review or delivery and follow the approved end-client contact boundary.
Do not proceed with a scope, cost or schedule change until the impact and approval owner are recorded.
Provide production or site evidence, report exceptions early and name the person responsible for final correction.
