The execution gap

The design is approved. Europe is the unknown.

Winning a project abroad should not mean gambling on an unfamiliar contractor. The real risk appears between the approved render and opening morning.

01

Unknown local capacity

A strong portfolio does not prove the right workshop, crew or availability for your dates.

02

Quotes that hide the difference

Transport, venue services, outsourced elements and overtime make cheap proposals expensive later.

03

Your client relationship at risk

A local supplier should execute the project—not step around your agency to reach the end client.

Not another directory

One European desk. Accountable through handover.

Your agency keeps the client, creative direction and commercial relationship. We organize the European production layer and remain involved when the work moves from drawings to the show floor.

  1. 01Match the project to capable local production partners
  2. 02Normalize scope so quotations can be compared line by line
  3. 03Coordinate technical questions, production checks and site delivery
  4. 04Work behind your agency in a confidential white-label structure

A controlled route to opening day

From design handover to a stand ready for your client.

01

Send the project

Share the design, venue, dates, scope, budget range and quotation deadline.

02

Confirm feasibility

We identify missing details, local constraints and the right execution route before pricing.

03

Select and control

Receive comparable scope and coordinate production through documented checkpoints.

04

Handover on site

Installation, issue resolution and final visual confirmation stay inside one project flow.

Execution scope

The local pieces, managed as one delivery.

Every project uses only the services it needs. We make ownership visible, including what is produced in-house and what is subcontracted.

Built for agencies

Your client stays your client.

We can communicate under your agency name, follow your approval chain and keep local suppliers inside the agreed project boundaries. You remain the strategic partner; we become the European execution layer behind you.

Initial corridor

Asia → Europe, before the network goes global.

We begin with one difficult, valuable route: exhibition projects created in Asia and delivered in Europe. A focused corridor lets us verify partners, document real performance and build the network from completed work—not profile counts.

The pilot service

Start with one European project—not a new platform.

The first version is deliberately hands-on. You send one real brief; we structure the scope, map a qualified local route and stay involved through the agreed handover.

01

Feasibility map

Missing inputs, venue constraints and local production risks are identified before supplier outreach.

02

Qualified route

Partners are assessed for location, dates, workshop capability, systems and the work they subcontract.

03

Comparable cost plan

Quotes are normalized across production, logistics, venue services, installation and likely extras.

04

Managed checkpoints

Technical approvals, production evidence and handover responsibilities are documented in one flow.

The management scope and fee are agreed before the project is released to local partners.

Request a pilot review

Start with a real brief

Send the project. We will map the execution route.

A design does not need to be final. Give us enough context to assess feasibility, identify missing inputs and decide whether the project fits the pilot desk.

For European delivery partners

Win the right international projects for your real capabilities.

BuildAcross is building a verified European delivery bench—not a pay-to-rank directory. We match projects using location, dates, capacity, systems, production model and proven work.

Before you send a project

Questions agencies ask first.

Do you work with exhibitors directly?

The pilot offer is designed first for agencies and studios. White-label boundaries and contact rules are agreed before suppliers receive the brief.

Can you execute our existing design?

Yes. The starting point can be your approved 3D design and technical drawings. We focus on feasibility, local sourcing, production and delivery.

Will we receive multiple quotations?

Where the scope and timeline allow it, we structure one to three comparable routes. The goal is a defensible decision, not the highest possible bid count.

Who contracts and pays the local builder?

For pilot projects, the commercial structure is agreed project by project. Supplier milestones, responsibilities and our management scope are made explicit before production begins.

Do you already cover every European country?

No. The network grows from verified delivery history. We assess each location and deadline before confirming that we can take responsibility for the project.

BUILD / 01

A European project should not depend on a lucky introduction.

Bring the design and deadline. We will show you what a controlled local execution plan looks like.
